Natasha Staniszewski
Natasha Staniszewski is a host on TSN's SportsCentre, the network's flagship sports news program airing nationally across Canada. As co-host of the popular late night/morning loop edition of SportsCentre, MILLIONS of Canadian sports fans WATCH Natasha EVERY WEEK.
Natasha and Kate Beirness began hosting SportsCentre together in 2014, becoming the country’s first regular all-female sports anchor team.
For Natasha, being a sports broadcaster is a dream come true.
With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Natasha started out in the business world. After a few years, she quickly realized she needed a change. She went back to school, earned a Broadcasting Diploma from NAIT, and got her start in the industry in 2006, travelling across Saskatchewan - from Lloydminster to Yorkton to Prince Albert to Saskatoon - for a variety of TV gigs. She eventually returned to Edmonton to work in CTV's sports department before getting her big break in 2011 – a call from TSN. Since then, Natasha has been based in Toronto, co-hosting SportsCentre.
Natasha loves what she does and feels privileged to be invited into the homes of Canadian sports fans every night and every morning.
Born and raised in Edmonton, she's a huge hockey fan and passionate supporter of her hometown Oilers as well as the Eskimos! Natasha's latest obsession (and constant source of frustration) is playing golf. She recently checked off a major bucket list item when she spent a day at Augusta National Golf Club watching The Masters.
